<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent injuring of a gate panel of a large front two-axle truck having a fixing unit for stabilizing a position on a shock-absorbing material. <P>SOLUTION: The gate panel protection shock-absorber for the large truck has the fixing unit 4 meshed with the gate panel 12 on the shock-absorbeing materials 2, 3. A member 7 connected to a ring-like member 6 having reverse rotation function is combined with the fixing unit, and is moved by string-like members 10, 11. It is stabilized by the fixing unit having magnetic property 9 and attraction property 8 and is fixed between a bolt/nut 17 of the wheel and the gate panel 14.
