The present invention relates to a cancer detecting oligonucleotide group of a particular sequence blended with nucleic acid of a cancer cell, a cancer diagnosing kit including an oligonucleotide group of a particular sequence, and a method for providing information needed in diagnosing or prognosing cancer. According to the method of the present invention, compared to when somatic mutation is inspected by using conventional gDNA, particular cancer with respect to the presence of mutation of a particular gene can be diagnosed in the early stage by using RNA. According to the method of the present invention, a mutant which has not been detected by gDNA can be detected, and overall cancer-related genetic mutation inspections are possible through one-time RNA extraction, so a diagnosis can be accurately and rapidly performed. In particular, according to the method of the present invention, overall mutations related to thyroid cancer can be simultaneously inspected, so thyroid cancer can be rapidly and accurately diagnosed.
