PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device which reduces EMI and a liquid crystal display device including the same. SOLUTION: The driving device comprises: a board on which a timing controller 252 for signal processing and a memory 254 are mounted, the board on which a conductive region composed of a pattern of a conductive body is formed, in which the conductive region has a non-contact region coated with an insulating material and an exposed contact region not coated with the insulating material, and in which the contact region is formed adjacent to the timing controller and the memory; a conductive member 256 disposed in the contact region; and a shield case 260 covering the board 250 and electrically connected to the conductive region via the conductive member.
