PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and high-speed data transmission technology for universal serial bus device. SOLUTION: In a step for transmitting a command to a device by a host computer, the host computer transforms the command into an SCSI command according to an SCSI protocol, to be packaged into a SUB command package, and transmitted according to a USB protocol. This high-speed transmission technology is based on a USB bus configured of the USB protocol for communication between the device and the host computer and the SCSI protocol, where the device interacts upward with a device driver.
