PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of vibration by the resonance of a suspension structure system without being restricted by the length of a shackle rod. SOLUTION: This vibration control device is provided with a pair of supporting beams 3, 3 provided on a rigid member 2, a hitch member 4 stretched over between the pair of supporting beams 3 and 3 and fixing a terminal of a rope R suspending a car through the shackle rod 8, a pair of elastic structural bodies 5, 6 provided between the hitch member 4 and each supporting beam 3, 3, respectively, and composed of a plurality of stacked elastic bodies 7, and through bolts 11, 11 passing through each elastic structural body 5, 6 and connecting the hitch member 4 with each supporting beam 3, 3.
