<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice guidance system which guides by voice the reason why selection is impossible when a setting value of a selection-impossible job (gray-out displayed on a screen) is selected, and also provide a voice guidance method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunction machine 1 is connected to a terminal 40 exclusively for a visually impaired person so that they may communicate with each other. A user such as a visually impaired person operates an application via the terminal 40 exclusively for a visually impaired person to start up a job to be executed in the multifunction machine 1.
