PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly perform the on/off operation of a clutch of a double-bearing reel. SOLUTION: A clutch mechanism is placed in a rotation transmitting mechanism for drivably connecting a handle to a spool. A clutch-off operation part 19 for disconnecting the clutch of the clutch mechanism is placed at the back of the spool of the reel body. A clutch-on operation part 26 for moving the clutch mechanism in the direction reverse to the working direction with the clutch-off operation part 19 is protruded on the circumference of a side plate. The clutch-on operation part 26 is placed at the back of the upper part of the side plate of the spool and swingably supported on the side plate.
