FIELD: medicine, oncourology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting malignant prostatic tumor at different stages of tumoral process. Also, this innovation deals with roentgen computed tomography. Moreover, it is necessary to introduce about 300-400 ml air into patient's rectum with a rubber bulb to carry out spiral roentgen computed tomography of abdominal cavity, retroperitoneal space, small pelvis under conditions of pneumorectum. Prostatic scanning should be fulfilled at 1-2 mm pace. Application of the present method enables to increase diagnostic advantages of spiral roentgen in predicting prostatic cancer. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex |
