signaling a flag indicating whether information indicating the maximum number of temporal sub-layers is present; and signaling the information for each layer i by a video parameter set in a case that the value of the flag is equal to one; wherein the information specifies, for each i in a range of 0 to the number of maximum layers minus one, the maximum number of the temporal sub-layers that may be present in a coded video sequence for a layer with num layer id equal to layer id in nuh[i]. |
