PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell capable of improving durability.SOLUTION: An organic thin-film solar cell 1 comprises: a substrate 10; a first electrode layer 11 that is disposed on the substrate; a first organic active layer 14 that is disposed on the first electrode layer and formed by electrically connecting with the first electrode layer; a second electrode layer 16 which includes a surface and a first sidewall part connecting the surface with a surface of the first organic active layer, covers at least a part of the surface of the first organic active layer, in which the first sidewall part is disposed inside of a first end portion of the first organic active layer, and which is formed by electrically connecting to the first organic active layer; and a first insulation layer 24 which covers the first sidewall part continuously from the surface of the second electrode layer, extends to a part of the surface of the first organic active layer and is formed so as to adhere to the first organic active layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
