Disclosed is a liquid crystal vertical alignment agent (6). The liquid crystal vertical alignment agent (6) can vertically align liquid crystal molecules (4) with respect to surfaces of substrates (1, 2). The liquid crystal vertical alignment agent (6) has a low price, stable performance, and stronger anchoring effect on the liquid crystal molecules (4), and can replace alignment films such as polyimide in the current liquid crystal display to improve display performance of the liquid crystal display. Also provided is a liquid crystal display device. Due to the liquid crystal vertical alignment agent (6) adopted by the liquid crystal display device, the initial alignment of the liquid crystal molecules (4) on the substrates (1, 2) in a vertical direction is more consistent and has a long-term stability, thus enabling a fast response speed of the liquid crystal display device and excellent image display performance. Also provided is a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal display device. |
