<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print reservation system, capable of executing printing up to a print delivery date without depending on the printing attitude on a user side. <P>SOLUTION: A designation of print execution time period is described on print job definition data contained in a print request transmitted from a client terminal 7. In a host terminal 100, when a print request including a designation of print execution time period is acquired, a reservation setting part 103 determines whether any reservation print request is already registered in the designated execution time period or not in reference to a reservation state retained in a reservation setting table of a reservation setting DB 104, sets the print request to be processed to a reservation state when there is no overlap of execution time period, and registers it to the reservation setting table.
