PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery voltage prediction method for predicting an inter-terminal voltage when a current is zero based on concentration polarization, a program, a state monitoring device, and a power supply system. SOLUTION: In this method having two kinds, namely, an equivalent circuit calculation system 10 and a concentration polarization calculation system 20, as a calculation system for predicting a voltage change from OCV, the inter-terminal voltage 30 of the battery is calculated by adding a voltage change calculated by some calculation system to the OCV 40. Selection of which calculation system, the equivalent circuit calculation system 10 or concentration polarization calculation system 20, is to be used is determined based on a battery current 50, and the concentration polarization calculation system 20 is selected when the current 50 is zero, and the equivalent circuit calculation system 10 isselected in other cases.
