PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a vehicle less likely to deviate from a lane even when the travel lane is difficult to recognize.SOLUTION: A traveling support device sets a target travel path from a captured image ahead of an own vehicle and controls the own vehicle in such a manner that it travels along the target travel path. The traveling support device comprises offset adding means which, if the travel path of the own vehicle includes a curved road (S105-Yes), adds an offset (S106) to the target travel path in such a manner that the own vehicle travels on a path near the inner side of the curved road depending on a confidence level (S102-confidence level 1), which is a piece of information representing a level of recognition of a travel lane on the basis of a captured image. |
