PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, projector, image processing method, and program for enabling proper correction of an image signal.SOLUTION: The present image processing apparatus is an image forming apparatus that processes an image input signal used for a projector that projects images on a screen, and comprises: a correction part 24 that acquires a correction value for correcting a brightness distribution on the screen according to the image input signal; a filter part 21 that performs filter processing on the image input signal; a coefficient calculation part 22 that calculates a coefficient for changing the correction value B on the basis of the signal on which the filter processing has been performed; and a signal creation part 29 that creates an image output signal by correcting the image input signal by using the coefficient C and correction value B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
