CURING AND HARDENING METHOD OF CEMENT BASED FORMED BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cement based hardened body, which is excellent in quality performance without causing dimensional shrinkage or cracks, in a short time with good productivity by improving the curing and hardening technology for the cement based formed body. SOLUTION: The method of obtaining the cement based hardened body by curing and hardening a cement based formed body produced by forming a cement based material containing a polymerizable oily substance, water and a W/O emulsion includes a low temperature curing step (a) for holding the cement based formed body at 50-70°C for 9-12 hr and a high temperature curing step (b) for holding the cement based formed body at 85-95°C for 7-11 after the low temperature curing step (a).
