PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect a most important change value of a monitoring target in a frequent state value change that occurs in the middle of a monitor cycle.SOLUTION: A first state value corresponding to a state change in a management target resource is written into a state value write part and referenced as a monitor target in predetermined timing. State change detection means detects occurrence of a state change in the management target resource and outputs a second state value corresponding to the detected change. When the state change detection means outputs the second state value, state value comparison means reads out the first state value and compares the first state value with the second state value. If the second state value indicates a state change of higher importance than the first state value in the management target resource, the first state value in the state value write part is rewritten with the second state value. The state change detection means detects the occurrence of the state change in the management target resource at least twice between the predetermined timing to refer to the state value write part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
