PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi meter system that can fulfill services to visually impaired persons.SOLUTION: An external display device 50 is configured to display a list of language to be used on a screen 54z of a display unit 54 to receive a specification of the language; implement an announcement facilitating a language selection from a speaker 56; receive the language selected based on a voice uttered by a passenger facilitated by the announcement; display a list of destination information or destination candidates on the screen 54z of the display unit 54 by means of the specified language; implement an announcement facilitating a specification of a destination by means of the specified language from the speaker 56; receive the destination specified by a voice collected by a microphone 57; transmit the received destination to a taxi meter 10; and implement an announcement about the destination from the speaker 56 by means of the specified language.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
