PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eject air inside a stationary member to the exterior of bearing. SOLUTION: The motor includes a stationary member which has a cylindrical support unit and a sleeve bearing, and a rotor which has a rotary shaft unit. The stationary member has one end opened in an axial direction and the other end blocked. A plate-shaped member is provided at one end of the sleeve bearing. The sleeve bearing and the plate-shaped member are fitted with each other, and a radially communicating through hole is formed at a fitting portion of the sleeve bearing and the plate-shaped member. An axial communicating through hole, which is joined consecutively with the radial communicating through hole and is extended in the axial direction, is formed between the sleeve bearing and the cylindrical support unit.
