A novel lithium pre-embedding method for a lithium ion capacitor comprises the following steps: (1) assembling a cell, and immersing the cell into an organic solution containing a lithium salt; (2) respectively connecting a positive electrode and a negative electrode to a charge-discharge tester, taking one-time discharge after one-time charge as a cycle and totally performing 1 to 100 cycles to pre-embed lithium into the negative electrode; and (3) taking out the pre-embedded cell, placing the cell into a packaging housing, injecting electrolyte and assembling a single lithium ion capacitor. The method can effectively solve the problem of excessively high cost caused by lithium metal, multi-hole current collectors and the like, can improve safety and simplify technical processes, and is applicable to industrial production. |
