PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "a radio broadcast reception system" capable of shortening the reception period of IP radio broadcast, when performing seamless switching between reception voices received by radio broadcast and IP radio broadcast in the relationship of simultaneous broadcasting.SOLUTION: A point where radio broadcast is unreceivable is registered. When the prediction time until arrival at the registered point goes below a predetermined threshold Th, while outputting the reception voice of radio broadcast, mobile communication is started, and reception of IP radio broadcast is started. Delay time of the IP radio broadcast for the radio broadcast is calculated by comparing the reception voice of radio broadcast with the recent reception voice of IP radio broadcast, and after delaying the radio broadcast by the delay time thus calculated, the voice to be outputted is switched from the reception voice of radio broadcast to the recent reception voice of IP radio broadcast.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
