<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a hermetically sealed biological tissue fixing apparatus that does not need labor during the operations from fixing of biological tissue removed in surgery to washing thereof, thereby avoiding any formalin attachment to the worker. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a biological tissue fixing apparatus characterized in that the apparatus has not only the function of fixing a biological tissue but also the function of washing the biological tissue, thereby continuously carrying out fixing to washing operations. That is, the fixing operation for formalin immersion to washing operation for washing away of formalin having infiltrated the biological tissue can be continuously carried out by placing a biological tissue removed in surgery in treatment vessel (1) and pressing start switch (24).</p>
