PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release sheet and an adhesive sheet, in which increase in a release force can be suppressed even when the sheet is stored under a severe (high temperature) condition.SOLUTION: A release sheet 1 of the present invention includes a substrate 12 and a release agent layer 11, in which the release agent layer 11 is formed of a release agent composition comprising a polyester resin (A), an acrylic polymer (B), and a poly(4-methyl-1-pentene) resin (C). The acrylic polymer (B) has a predetermined structural formula (1) as a structural unit; and the content of the poly(4-methyl-1-pentene) resin (C) in the release agent composition is 0.01 part by mass or more and 23 parts by mass or less with respect to total 100 parts by mass of the polyester resin (A) and the acrylic polymer (B). The poly(4-methyl-1-pentene) resin (C) has a melting point of 199°C or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
