PURPOSE:To separate a liquid mixture with both high permeability coefficient and separation coefficient with high precision and efficiency by using an anion exchange membrane of heterogeneous structure and performing pervaporization. CONSTITUTION:A treating liquid chamber and a permeating vapor chamber are partitioned by using a heterogeneous anion exchange membrane. The heterogeneous anion membrane is in such a state that a high molecular part having none of an ion exchange group and a high molecular part combined with an anion exchange group are allowed to exist together and it is the anion exchange membrane having a state wherein an interface is observed between the two when observing it microscopically and >=50wt% high molecule having the anion exchange group exists therein. The pressure of a mixed liquid chamber side is 1-10atm. and the pressure of permeating gas chamber side is preferably <=100mm.Hg vacuum and the titled separation is performed at the range of 10- 100 deg.C temp.
