PURPOSE:To stably execute carrying and a transfer in any environment by destaticizing an electric conductor roller connected to a ground, whose surface is covered with a dielectric material for feeding a transfer material together with a necessary transfer belt. CONSTITUTION:A transfer material is fed by a carrying belt constituted of a dielectric layer 112 whose surface is electrified by an electrifier and an electric conductor layer 113 whose rear side is connected to a ground, etc., and a conductive roller 118 connected to a ground, whose surface is covered with a dielectric layer. This roller 118 is destaticized by a destaticizing conductive brush 122, and even if the electric resistance of a transfer material 117 is varied by the variation of the environment, a charge exceeding a prescribed level moves to the transfer material 117 from the carrying belt, and the transfer material 117 is adsorbed strongly to the carrying belt. According to them, in any environment, the transfer material is carried stably and the transfer having a good quality which causes no dislocation is executed.
