PURPOSE:To reduce the characteristic deterioration and chipping caused due to mechanical distortion by determining the sequence of mounting and cutting off a ridge line including a magnetic thin film. CONSTITUTION:The outer size of magnetic bubble memory elements 1b, 1c differs from each other, the element 1b, 1c whose outer size is smaller is mounted at first on a circuit board 7, and a notched part 13 is formed on a side face 11 of the magnetic bubble memory element 1b or 1c in press contact with a reference face 71 to a magnetic thin film forming face 12. Thus, the characteristic deterioration due to the mechanical distortion in mounting the next magnetic bubble memory element is reduced and the chipping of the ridge line including the magnetic thin film at the side face in press contact onto the reference face.
