PURPOSE:To aim at improvement of the moldability and the electrical and mechanical characteristics by combining a special mixed resin with an electrically conductive carbon black and an organic-peroxide system cross-linking agent whose temperature for the half-life of one hour is in the temperature range of 120 deg. to 150 deg.. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of a mixed resin containing 50-90pts.wt. of an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, which has an ethyl-acrylate content of 15-25% and a MFR of 3-15, and 5-10pts.wt. of a straight-chain low-density polyethylene of a MFR of 2-10 are mixed with 40-70pts.wt. of an electrically conductive carbon black and an organic-peroxide system cross-linking agent whose temperature for the half-life of one hour is in temperature range from 120 deg. to 150 deg.C in a specified quantity respectively. Thereby, a desired member can be obtained free from inconveniences arising from a decrease in the extrusion performance due to a crosslinking in the extrusion process. In addition, at the time when a semi-electrically-conductive coating is formed, a crosslinking can also be performed at the same time under the same heating condition as in the case pf coating, and consequently, a semiconductive coating having an excellent electrical and mechanical property can be obtained easily. |
