PURPOSE:To surely detect a fault position and to improve the reliability and the maintenance operation performance by obtaining a phase difference between a traveling wave and a reflecting wave of an antenna system. CONSTITUTION:A traveling wave Pf and a reflecting wave Pr from a directional coupler 3 are fed to a VSWR detection section 12 via a distributer 5, after each level is converted into a VSWR, the result is fed to a computer 13. The computer 13 controls a synthesizer 6 to calculate a distance up to a reflecting point based on a phase difference between the traveling wave and the reflecting wave at each frequency and to display the result. Thus, a fault location is located, a fault restoration time is reduced to improve the reliability and the maintenance operation performance of the antenna. |
