PURPOSE:To make the size of a voltage regulator small and also to control transmission electric power corresponding to sensitivity as in a conventional manner. CONSTITUTION:The connection detecting means 21a-1 of a control part 21a monitors whether or not a portable telephone terminal 21 is connected to a booster device 23 through a terminal arrangement stand 22 and changes-over an antenna change-over part 21d to a booster side and a transmission electric power control means 21a-2 makes the gain of a high frequency amplifier 31c a lowest level and makes the transmission electric power of the portable telephone terminal 21 smallest. The control part 21a reports connection and also transmits transmission electric power control data to the booster device 23. When connection is reported, the control part 41 of the booster device 23 controls the gain of the transmission high frequency amplifier 42 based on transmission electric power control data so as to control transmission electric power after that.
