<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a screen printing ink which enables negative painting to form characters or patterns at a low cost without using a grinding or laser apparatus by compounding a base org. resin. a compd. which inhibits the curing of a thermosetting org. coating compsn., a fluorine-contg. oil, and an inorg. powder. CONSTITUTION:A screen printing ink which inhibits the curing of a thermosetting org. coating compsn. is obtd. by mixing a base org. resin, a compd. which inhibits the curing of the compsn., a fluorine oil, and an inorg. powder. An example of the compd. is a compd. having a phosphorus-, tin-, sulfur-, or nitrogen-group. The oil helps characters or patterns printed with the ink to repel the compsn., facilitating the removal of unnecessary parts of the compsn. Dented characters or patterns are formed on a rubber key switch by printing characters or patterns on the switch with the ink, coating the switch with the compsn., heating to cure the compsn., and removing uncured parts with a solvent.</p> |
