Multi-Point Locking System

The lock bolt (80) operated by a closure element (81) penetrates the lock plate (20). At least two longitudinally movable slide rods (30, 31) joined by a connecting element (40) have locking elements (33) fitting into corresponding holes (35). The slide rods are movable against restoring force by means of a handle (61) rotatingly mounted in a lock-nut (60) and are locked in this opened position. The slide rods are released by directly operating the locking elements in the lock plate`s longitudinal direction (L). Closing the door (T) exerts force on the locking elements, acting parallel with the slide rods.
