PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mount for supporting a high-frequency transformer over a member on a substrate in a hybrid module and a method of assembling the hybrid module. SOLUTION: A transformer 12 is supported by a transformer mount 11 over a member 22 on a substrate 23 in a hybrid module 10. The space of the mount 11 is saved in the module 10, the high-frequency performance of the transformer 12 is improved by suppressing the parasitic electrostatic capacity and impedance of the mount 11 to the minimum, the assembly of the module 10 is conformed with high-temperature and batch treatments subsequent to the improvement and is quickened at high speed, a flux removal material can be provided so that it flows under the mount 11 and a proper access for making a fine adjustment the transformer 12 is provided at low cost and during the assembly.
