PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device which simplifies the structure and can be used also as eaves. SOLUTION: An opening/closing device equipped with a frame body fitted to the inner edge of an entrance and an opening and closing body 32 which is incorporated inside the frame body and opens and closes the entrance. And then the opening/closing body 32 is divided into an upper opening/closing part 33 and a lower opening/closing part 34, the upper opening/closing part 33 is screwed in and fixed to the upper frame of the frame body 31 in rotatable manner, and the lower opening/closing part 34 is screwed in and fixed to the lower end of the upper opening/closing part 33 in a rotatable manner, and a driving means such as a motor 43 which elevates the lower opening/closing part 34 is provided.
