摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a compression device safely having no fear of fuming or the like by finely crushing foam heat-insulation material to remove foam gas, and controlling the operation of a compression device in accordance with the level of fine powder in a fine powder tank at the time of removing deaerated fine powder after being compression molded by the compression device. SOLUTION: In a material making use of urethane as foam heat-insulation material, and fluorocarbon as a foaming agent, urethane 2 in the hopper 1 of foam gas recovery apparatus is fed to a finely crushing machine 4 by a screw feeder 3 to be crushed finely by means of the hammer 6 of a high speed rotor 5. Fluorocarbon gas deaerated through fine crushing at this time is sucked in a condensation liquefier 10 and liquefiedly recovered after being subjected to compression cooling. On the other hand, urethane fine powder 9 is accumulated in a tank 11 to subsequently be compression molded by the use of a compression 12, and it is discharged out of the system as a compression molded article 13. In this case, control is done so that when fine powder has reached the position of a level meter 14-2, a compression device 12 is operated, and when it has reached the position of a level meter 14-1, the compressor 12 is stopped.</p>
