<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a door locking device so as to prevent a door from being locked at the time of a side collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A door locking device R for a vehicle is provided with a key lever 7 with its base end 71 journalled in a vertically rotatable state to a base member RB of the door locking device R and with its free end 74 protruded onto the door outer panel P side from the base member RB, and a door is put in a locked state in the upward rotated position of the key lever 7 and put in an unlocked state in the downward rotated position of the key lever 7. In this case, a protruding part 75 extended downward along the inner surface of the door outer panel P is formed at the free end 74, opposed to the inner surface of the door outer panel P, of the key lever 7 so as to provide such structure that the protruding part 75 is pushed by the door outer panel P pushed in by a bumper of a counter vehicle, to rotate the key lever 7 downward.</p> |
