摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify the variance in probe synthesis for e.g. gene diagnoses by designing a plurality of probes through adding monomer addition cycles differing from one another despite having the identical sequence and collating the respective affinities for a target nucleic acid. SOLUTION: In a method for collating production processes each comprising a plurality of steps, there is provided a 1st process for selecting 1st plural steps for forming a 1st object for collation and a 2nd process for selecting 2nd plural steps for forming a 2nd object for collation, wherein the 2nd object is identical with the 1st object, and the 2nd plural steps are identical with the 1st object but differ from the 1st plural steps by at least one step. By so designing this method as mentioned above, production processes are collated with one another. By the above technique, integrity of probe synthesis can be collated through designing polymer probes, and the variance in probe synthesis, such as synthesis error, is identified.
