PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an opening end of a tube to be uniformly heated, and further enable a positive melting and fixing of the end part to be carried out without deteriorating an outer appearance as a commodity. SOLUTION: There are provided a heater box mounted above an opening end temporarily clamped; a heater installed inside the heater box; and a blower device for feeding hot air heated by the heater from the heater box. The opening end of a tube is heated with radiation heat of the heater and hot air. An opening part for inserting the opening end of the tube is arranged at a lower end of the heater box. A side edge of the opening end is bent inwardly to form an air blowing port. The hot air fed from the heater box is concentrated to a melting and fixing part of the tube opening end. |
