<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency for providing the provided information. <P>SOLUTION: This information storage output system for storing the specific provided information on a specific network is provided with an information providing communicating device as a primary providing source of elemental information as a component of the provided information, and an intermediate management device for storing and managing each elemental information as the component of the provided information provided from the information providing communicating device after organizing the elemental information on the basis of a specific storage form.
