PURPOSE: A surface treatment system of metal product using transfer apparatus is provided to reduce manual operation of workers in etching and protection film removing processes and increase yield of the product. CONSTITUTION: The surface treatment system of metal product comprises a transfer stand on which a work is put; a transfer apparatus for transferring and circulating the transfer stand to processing positions where respective processes are carried out; and an injection apparatus for spraying relevant processing solutions onto the work put on the transfer stand at the respective processing positions, wherein the transfer stand comprises a plate on which the work is put; a revolution body rotated by the external force; and a connection bar for connecting the plate to the revolution body, wherein the transfer apparatus comprises a fixed chain(22) united with teeth of the revolution body at the outer side of transfer track of the transfer stand; a circulation chain(24) which is united with the tooth at the inner side of the transfer track of the transfer stand, and in which the revolution body is moved along the fixed chain; a supporting stand(26) for preventing the revolution body from separating from the chains so that the revolution body is not dropped to the lower side; a motor(28) for driving the circulation chain; and a control part for controlling the motor, and wherein the injection apparatus comprises a pump for supplying processing solution; a valve for controlling flux of the processing solution supplied by the pump; a nozzle for spraying the flux controlled processing solution; and a ring union capable of adjusting spraying angle of the nozzle.
