PURPOSE: A water-based emulsion composition is provided to show sufficient adhesiveness even without defatting pretreatments on the surface of a wide range of molded articles, thereby being advantageously applied to bonding of various molded articles such as plastic film, sheet foam, fibers, synthetic leather or metal. The adhesive composition comprising the same has improved adhesiveness at a low temperature and water resistance while being environmentally friendly. CONSTITUTION: The water-based emulsion composition comprises a film forming resin, a photopolymerization initiator and ethylenically unsaturated monomers, wherein the photopolymerization initiator is used in an amount of 15-160pts.wt, based on 100pts.wt of the ethylenically unsaturated monomers.
