Disclosed in the present application are a flexible capacity extending method, device and system, the flexible capacity extending method comprising: establishing, by a virtual network functional manager (VNFM), a resource buffer pool, wherein a virtual resource needed for loading a service is stored in the resource buffer pool; performing, by the VNFM, an initial configuration on the virtual resource; and when capacity extension is needed, notifying, by the VNFM, a virtual network function (VNF) device to load the service on the virtual resource. |
