The present invention provides a method, device, base station and terminal for Device-to-Device (D2D) resource configuration based on multi-carrier, the D2D resource configuration method based on multi-carrier being suitable for a primary cell base station including: a primary cell base station obtaining the radio frequency reception and transmission capability of a terminal on multi-carrier, and determining whether a negotiated exchange of the D2D discovery resource information is performed with a secondary cell base station of the terminal; according to the radio frequency reception and transmission capability and configuration information of the secondary cell base station, determining whether the terminal can be scheduled to perform the D2D discovery of multi-carrier; when determining that the terminal can be scheduled to perform the D2D discovery of multi-carrier and determining that the negotiated exchange of the D2D discovery resource information is performed with the secondary cell base station, configuring the transmission resource used for D2D discovery for the terminal according to the D2D discovery resource of the secondary cell base station. With the present invention, the cross-cell D2D discovery mechanism is realized by the scheduling of a primary cell base station, the load balance of the D2D discovery mechanism on multi-carrier is ensured, and the D2D discovery and control mechanism with high efficiency is realized. |
