PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by providing the bending machine having plural connecting rolls and the cutter equipped with a punching press and feeding a slab onto the cutter by the roll of the bending machine. CONSTITUTION:The cutter 3 equipped with a punching press at the upstream side is provided and the bending machine 4 having plural sets of rolls 6a, 6b-9a, 9b to be driven respectively is arranged at the downstream thereof. While a tin plate 10 is blanked by the hydraulic cylinder of a press 17 punches 11a, 11b are engaged with the plate 10 and slided in an arrow mark 20 direction. After blanking the engagement with the plate 10 is released and the rolls 6a, 6b-9a, 9b of the bending machine 4 receive the plate 10 and feed it to the cutter 3 in order. Due to the bending machine 4 feeding the plate 10 to the cutter 3 automatically the working efficiency of the plate 10 is improved.
