PURPOSE:To shorten the time for production of the screen printing plate. CONSTITUTION:An emulsion layer 3 in the section of this screen printing plate is integrated to screen meshes 1 and an emulsion layer 2 exists on the exposing side on this emulsion layer 3. The emulsion layer 2 has higher light transmittability than the light transmittability of the emulsion layer 3 and hardly absorbs light. The light is hardly absorbed by the emulsion layer 2 and arrives at the emulsion layer 3 when a mask 4 having patterns to be exposed is brought into contact with the surface of the emulsion layer 2 and the emulsion layers 2, 3 are exposed. The light is absorbed by the emulsion layer 3 to uniformly cure the emulsion layer as a whole. The hardening sensitivity is required to be 80mJ/cm<2> as compared with the hardening sensitivity of the conventional emulsions 100mJ/cm<2> and the exposure time is shortened by about 20% with the same light energy. The quantity of the time for charging the energy is necessitated to be 1/5 even in the case of production by the method of exposing the screen printing plate with a laser beam from the front and rear thereof. |
