摘要

The generator consists of a number of change regulating functions (VRF) which operate in series. The output (Z0) of the final function (VRFn) is fed back to the input (X0) of the first function (VRF1). The functions can be hardware circuits or software modules. A large number of changes per unit time on the function input results in a low number on the output. A low number on the input results in a high number on the output. If there are no changes on the input, there are no changes on the output.
