摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the transmission of a region in which an image does not exist and to shorten the transmission time of the image by a method wherein, on the basis of a first angle of view which is set by a first angle-of-view setting means, a second angle of view which is composed of a plurality of unit angles of view containing all images to be transmitted is generated and the second angle of view is transmitted as a transmission angle of view after it is divided into a plurality of unit angles of view. SOLUTION: A control part 112 A moves a scanning stage 101 to the center position of a first objective-lens angle of view (A, a) via a scanning-stage controller 102. After preparations for fetching the image of an objective-lens angle of view are finished, an image at the objective-lens angle of view (A, a) which is output from a camera 103 is stored in an image memory 113 A via an image input part 114 A. The same operation is executed repeatedly, and respective images at objective-lens angles of view (A, b) to (D, d) are stored in the image memory 113 A. The images which are transmitted next come into contact with the previously transmitted images in at least one point in the transverse line and the longitudinal line at the transmission angle of view. Then, the transmission angles of view are transmitted after they are divided into a plurality of objective-lens angles of view.
