<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type liquid crystal display panel in which contrast is high, display is bright, also a manufacturing process can be simplified. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display panel having a first substrate 101 having light transmissivity and a second substrate 102 opposing to the first substrate through a liquid crystal has reflecting layers 306 provided at display pixels, pixel driving electrodes 305 driving liquid crystal of display pixels, and common driving electrodes 303 provided commonly at display pixels being adjacent on boundaries of adjacent display pixels, on the second substrate, the pixel driving electrode is arranged at almost the center of common driving electrodes of both sides, an electric field being almost parallel to the first and the second substrate is generated between both common driving electrode. As liquid crystal molecules between adjacent pixel regions can be driven in this reflection type liquid crystal display panel, contrast is high, and as driving electrodes or the like can be formed on a substrate of one side, a manufacturing process can be simplified.</p> |
