PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a staple unit used in an image formation device and a subsequent processing device for accumulating and ejecting plural sheets of paper each having an image formed and capable of putting staples at arbitrary positions of the paper. SOLUTION: This device has a carrying roller 33 for carrying the paper and a stapling mechanism 34, and can be mounted to a paper ejecting part of the image formation device 10. The stapling mechanism 34 can put the staples in parallel with an end of the paper. Since the carrying roller 33 is built in, the stapling position can be set by arbitrarily carrying the paper.
