PURPOSE: A phase splitter circuit is provided to have a strong property against process, voltage and temperature variations, and to satisfy a delay matching of each component and the same transient time between output signals at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A phase splitter circuit comprises an input node(N10), the first signal generation(101,102), and the second signal generator(103,104,105). The first signal generator(101,102) is connected to the input node, and generates the first signal(clk) in response to an input signal(rclk) applied to the input node. The second signal generator(103,104,105) is connected to the input node, and generates the second signal(clkb), having a different phase from the first signal, in response to the input signal. The first signal generator comprises means for adjusting a transient time of the second signal so as to have the same transient time as that of the second signal.
