<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure a transponder system equipped with a coil which is coupled for input and output without contacting by using an IC tag which is stably stuck on a target body without any problem even when the target body is metal or an insulator or a dielectric like plastic. <P>SOLUTION: The system has a nearly plane or inwardly curved surface where a transponder is stuck, and a coil is constituted which has a component in the same direction with the plane and a component perpendicular to the plane; and the coil is caused to induce a voltage with a magnetic field which is parallel to the plane and perpendicular to the coil wire and supply electric power to an IC. Further, the system is equipped with a transmission and reception part which sends and receives signals by using a cylindrically, rectangularly, or semicylindrically sectioned ferrite core for the coil and the part of a core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
